As the upgrade of the pharmaceutical industry chain, a large number ofenterprises started to change the mode of production.They change the mode ofproduction form low value-added to the high value-added, especially in theproduction of preparation. The production wastewater of preparation is alsogradually become a environmental protection issue in the pharmaceutical industry.NEPG is one of the important enterprises in China’s pharmaceutical industry.With the redrawing of the Shenyang city zoning,as well as the building of NEPGlong-term development goals, the production of preparation has become an importantcomponent in future development. The preparation production in Shenyang ZhangShi economic and technology development zone is currently one of the China’slargest production bases. The wastewater treatment of the preparation will alsobecome an important component of environmental protection working in NEPG.Aiming at the characteristics of the preparation plant wastewater drainage, aswell as combining with the experience of NEPG sewage treatment center, this paperdevelop a treatment process,that is " grill+sand+primary sedimentation (grease)+regulation pool/accident of hydrolytic acidification and contact oxidation pond++two precipitation process". Through another pilot, we research on the residencetime of main process, such as hydrolysis acidification. Finally,we determine the mainparameters of engineering construction.The daily wastewater handling capacity of the NEPG preparation plantenvironmental protection equipment is4500/m3. The engineering lasted1and a halfyears to complete the construction. This paper discuss on the project content in detail,especially for secondary pollution--formation and management method of thenoise pollution. At the same time, this paper also discuss on the other issues that mayoccur in the engineering construction, in order to provide reference for the similarengineering construction.After the completion of device construction, we conducted a detailed debuggingabout half a year. At last we realized all the wastewater discharge standards in the preparation plant, and though the test for72hours of continuous sampling and testingby the Liaoning provincial testing station in June2011. The test results is stable andqualified.At last the paper also discussed the water reuse possibility of the preparationwastewater treatment, If reuse engineering process will be realized, we will putforward a new ideas in plant for the overall regional governance, in order to enhancethe possibility of realizing circular economy.The results also provide reference for other pharmaceutical enterprises inproduction wastewater treatment.
