It has significant geographical advantage in the northeast region’s economic exchange. In recent years, due to its excellent geographical location, excellent port resources, social from all walks of life pay close attention to Changxing Island, which also makes Changxing Island got a rapid development in economy. However, at the same time as development, it also brought some influence to regional environment.Changxing Island is surrounded by sea, it is a closed island system, the ecological structure is simple and the interference of outside is obviously. It is likely to suffer seawater intrusion disasters. If does not carry on the scientific and effective evaluation of seawater intrusion disaster, make the effective response according to the situation of seawater intrusion, it will produce great effects on the regional ecological environment if the island happened to have the phenomenon of seawater intrusion. It will produce irreparable damage to agriculture and industrial, severely restricts the region’s economic development.Based on the investigation of the current situation of seawater intrusion in Changxing Island and the analysis of the samples of groundwater in the region, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with a variety of evaluation factors of seawater intrusion, make the judgment of seawater intrusion. Combine with the characteristics of the Changxing Island areas and put forward the control measures of seawater intrusion. Include structure hydraulic curtain, build tidewater dam, ecological restoration, spontaneous recovery and water conservation, strengthen the management of groundwater exploitation, construct engineering on water-saving. Ensure that the less influence to the regional environment at the same time develop Changxing Island’s economic.
