Application Of Coal Quality Analysis In The Experiment Teaching In The Course Of Coal Chemistry

According to the outline of the course of 《Coal Chemistry》, making the outline ofcoal chemistry experiments, installing and debugging the experiment instruments,they are the measuring instruments of proximate analysis, ultimate analysis, calorificvalue, ash melting point and caking index and so on, completed the analysis of relatedindicators of coal in WuCaiwan, LiuHuanggou, TieChanggou, XiGou of XinJiang. Onthe basis of these works, I prepared the lecture of coal chemistry experiments, fromscratch, Builded the coal chemical laboratory of energy chemical engineeringundergraduate professional foundation courses.⑴Maked the outline of coal chemistry experiments. I instroduced the contents,purposes, basic requirements and hours distribution of this course.⑵Installing and debugging the experiment instruments, they are the measuringinstruments of proximate analysis, ultimate analysis, calorific value, ash melting pointand caking index. The contradistinction of analysis results of these instruments andstandard results were0.21、0.49、0.42、3.33、0.38、1.01、0.25和2.24%, meetingthe requirements of GB/T211-2008.⑶Completed the analysis of related indicators of coal in WuCaiwan,LiuHuanggou, TieChanggou, Xigou of XinJiang. Among these results, thecontradistinction of analysis results of ultimate analysis between laboratory and CoalResearch Institute. Allowable differences were less than the specified value1.00、0.25、0.15and0.2%, respectively.⑷Prepared the lecture of coal chemistry experiments. The lecture of coalchemistry experiments contain two parts. The first part contains the purposes of theexperiments, the experimental principles, the introductions of instruments andreagents, the experimental procedure, the experimental data records, the calculationformula and the safely matters that we should pay attention to in experimentaloperation. In the second part, analysis and discuss the experimental results, write2~3questions for7experiments respectively and give the reference answers according tothe basic knowledge and concepts in coal chemical theory course.
