The Qian-60of Xinmu oil field was developed in1994. And it has gone through thejoint venture company, group company and the oil companies. Until now, Qian-60area owns964wells,716oil wells and248water wells.Its annual liquid production is113.81×104t peryear, annual oil production is13.13×104t,and its composite water cut is88.47%. Qian-60ofXinmu oil field has5oil-gas gathering and transferring station,1oil and gas treatmentstation,1water discharge station,3transfer stations. For history reasons, there are manyquestions in Qian60area’s projects.According to the present situation of Qian60area, this passage analyses the idea ofproject transformation by contrast technology and economy of different demonstration.Forthe idea of the project’s transformation, reforming oil and gas gathering system, waterinjection system, and sewage system, can not only fit geological development, but also satisfythe requirement of energy saving. The idea fully utilizes the original scale of the project,andby reasonable consideration of the whole area,ensure the sustainable development of theoilfield.
