The Daqing oil field began to high concentration polymer oil driving were studied from2003, North block of Lamadian oilfield produced fluid of polymer concentration onconventional recovery effects of fluid handling equipment greatly. Falling concretemanifestation of conventional FWKO processing capacity, oil content of crude oildehydration rate exceed the standard and the oil content after the separation of produced waterimproved greatly; demulsifier dosage increased significantly and the demulsification effectdecreased; Electric current dehydrator rises substantially, failure breakdown and electric fieldfrequency increases, reduced the amount of processing and power consumption increases, theoil content in water after treatment can not reach the industrial standard of Daqing oilfield.For the above problem, simulated produced indoor test solution and the actual oil fieldtest, study characteristics of oil and water separation of the high concentration polymerflooding produced fluid; Through the screening of demulsifiers; single agent and single agentcomplex test developed DE2020type demulsifier; The corrugated plate packing wereoptimized by orthogonal experiment method, ceramic CH550model was determined; at thesame time, the software of fluent to simulate the internal component of FWKO use, preferablythe liquid feed, lower box hole rate is20%, the diameter of the hole is the outlet baffle clothliquid rectifying plate and inclined13mm; to improve the electric dehydrator, developed acombination electrode and tube type liquid arrangement.Through the adaptability evaluation on new equipment, free water removal in oil is lowerthan15%, oil in water is less than1300mg/L; electric desalted water in oil is lower than0.3%,the water content is less than1170mg/L.New compound of DE2020type demulsifiersproduced liquid treatment targeted for high concentration polymer flooding. Through field test,the sedimentation time is30min, the dosage is20mg/L and sedimentation time is40min, thedosage of10mg/L free water removal process parameters and processing temperature is50℃, electric dehydration process parameter field1900V/cm.
