Till now,polymer flooding is still the most applied chemical flooding technology of tertiary oil recovery in many countries all over the world, which has the advantage of improving the recovery of remaining crude oil (But the produced fluid flooded 6y polymer is a complicated and mixed emulsion, which consists of varies of sta6le emulsions, such as w/o, o/w and w/o/w emulsions, etc, resulting in a difficult oil/water separation (separation of water from w/o emulsion and oil from o/w emulsion).Beginning with the separation and characterization of the active components in crude oil, the influence of the polymer structure type on the stability of emulsion, the influence of the polymer and the active components on interfacial property, etc., aimed at the mixed and complicated emulsion flooded 6y polymer, the related fundamental theory and applied technology studies of the stability and demulsification are developed, so as to prepare the chemical treatment agent. And the related oil/water separation technology for produced fluid flooded by polymer is developed.Demulsifiers in 4 series and 9 types with clear chemical structures are designed and synthesized. With investigating the influence of polymer with different structure type on demulsification ability, the relationship between chemical structure and ability of demulsifier is studiedBased on investigating the rules of influence of polymer and active components...
