Most of China’s productions of crude oil are high wax crude oil. When the temperature of oil falls, oil wax separate out, it brings a great difficulty to normal extraction and transportation of crude oil, so crude process flow improvement id needed, but the flow agent application scope is relatively limited, its effect on flow of crude oil has a strong selective with higher solidifying point and viscosity of crude oil in our country and different regions difference is bigger, which brings great difficulties for the application of coagulant agents.The purpose of this article is aimed at preparing pour point depressant with strong adaptability. Pour point depressant A (with octadecylamine amine solution) and pour point depressant B (tetra copolymer of octadecyl acrylate-vinyl acetate-styrene-maleic anhydride) were respectively synthesized. The best synthesis conditions of the two agents were determined by the experiment and the pour point depressant of two agents were on the5th and6th Oil Production Plant of Daqing Oilfield were studied respectively as well. Combination of two kinds of crude oil group composition analysis which makes it clear the adaptability of two agents on crude oil, and the pour point depressant of two agents respectively with different types of EVA were studied at the same time, through improved synthesis with EVA to improve the adaptability of agents, on the basis of anhydride terpolymer,The best synthesis conditions of pour point depressant A is:anhydride with octadecylamine of amount of substance ratio of1:1, reaction temperature90℃, catalyst Al2O30.6%and the reaction time4h. The best synthesis conditions of pour point depressant B through orthogonal experiment is:octadecyl acrylate、vinyl acetate、styrene and maleic anhydride of amount of substance ratio of9:1:1, initiator AIBN0.6%, reaction temperature80℃and the reaction time7h.Using pour point depressant A composted with EVA41/60, which can reduce solidifying point of crude oil of5th Oil Production Plant11℃,6th Oil Production Plant10℃. Using pour point depressant B composted with EVA28/150,which can reduce the solidifying point of crude oil of5th Oil Production Plant10℃,6th Oil Production Plant10℃. The effects of pour point depressant A on six plant oil is better, while Pour point depressant B of five plant crude oil good coagulation effect is reduced. Using two agents commanded with EVA, this can improve the effects pour point depression and increase the adaptability of different crude oil.The effects of compounded agents on crude oil was analyzed by polarized light microscopy, the volume of wax crystal particles in crude oil decreases, quantity decrease obviously, wide in distribution, which illustrated that pour point depressant improved the decentralized state of wax crystal in crude oil and inhibit the wax crystal form a three-dimensional network structure.
