So far, the research and development and using of pumping unit already has100years ofhistory in the whole world. Society is developing with high speed, and the demand for energyis also increasing.Oil production is becoming more and more,so the oil pressure in some oilfield is becoming more and more slow.The old oilfield need water injection for the oil well ‘sbooster.Therefore most of the oilfields exploitation in our country have entered to the middleand later periods, which is the production period with high water.With the oil production’sincreasing,oil exploitation with water injection (with water in oil) is the only way toguarantee the stability of oil exploitation in the oil industry.This way of exploitation requireshigh performance of the pumping unit,requires movement stroke of pumping unit must belong enough. But the conventional beam pumping unit can not reach to the demand of the oilfield exploitation in a certain extent because of itself structure.Therefore, in recent years, theoil industry began to develop this new type of pumping unit-rotating commutator motorpumping unit and put into use.Compared with the conventional beam pumping unit,rotating commutator motor pumpingunit has obvious advantages.Rotating commutator motor pumping unit belong to the no beampumping unit,This type of the pumping unit’s most obvious sign is to lay down the four-barlinkage,and satisfy the development demand of oil industry, long stroke and lowspeed.Rotating commutator motor pumping unit can directly use wire rope to convert therotary motion of the dynamo to the straight reciprocating movement of the beam hanger,so theenergy transfer process in comparison with the conventional beam pumping unit’s four barlinkage is more simple, and energy losses are also drastically reduced in the process of work.Because of the heavy oil Wells in the oilfield has quite harsh environmentalconditions,Oilfield is unceasing development,the number of oil production Wells are alsoconstantly increased, which often emerge some complex geological conditions,such as highviscosity,more sand, more gas and heavy wax,etc, this leads to rotating commutator motorpumping unit’load imbalance in the process of ascending and descending,often emerge rotation speed of the rotating commutator motor and the speed of the sucker rod is notsynchronized state.Rotating commutator motor pumping unit is use flexible characteristic ofwire rope to Complete movement transmission, but also because that wire rope is flexible, aswell as elastomer, problems of pumping unit working environment will lead to the vibrationof the wire rope,and might cause accidents, so the stability analysis of rotating commutatormotor pumping unit’s wire rope has the vital significance.In the first place,this article introduces the rotating commutator motor pumping unit’sbasic structure, working principle, and its main advantages compared with beam pumpingunit.According to the control system of pumping unit,analyzing pumping unit’s low ofmotion, and establish mathematical model of the movement of the suspension center andsimulate it by Simulink software.According to the pumping unit’s actual workingenvironment,analysis suspension center load.Through the actual data of the pumpingunit,simulating the suspension center load by Simulink,obtain the diagram of the suspensioncenter load’s change law,and the maximum suspension center load.Then take the research for motion law of the pumping unit suspension center andsuspension center load variation as the foundation,obtain the mathematical model about thestress distribution,change of the tension,deformation of the rope of the wire rope in thehoisting system,and get the simulation diagram about the tension variation,deformation of therope of the wire rope through the simulation software, study the vibration of the string of thewire rope cause by its load changes,Obtain the vibration mathematical model of the stringstring lateral vibration,and get the waveform diagram through simulation.Then through theanalysis of the simulation diagram,obtain the limiting conditions for Jump rope.Finally, through all the conclusions,simply imagine a simple rope guider model applicableto rotating commutator motor pumping unit,and modeling for it using NX3d software.
