In order to achieve the effective flooding, enhanced oil production purposes, require theuse of polymer (PAM)and the mixed liquid water, the viscosity loss rate should be less than2%, but the static mixer is used in the production field can not satisfy this condition, therefore,we are in urgent need of new efficient flooding into static mixer purpose, to ensure themixture viscosity degradation rate below2%.With the research methods of early static mixer, in this paper, the bold innovation,improved mixer element, design a static mixer using a suitable model of oilfield production,mixing method and the numerical experiments and CFD simulation to study the static mixer.Gives the static mixer design idea, the structure and working principle. In the designwere used in data analysis, theoretical analysis and experimental verification method to carryon the design of mixer unit structure.The fluid static mixer mechanism is analyzed, and the use of theory and experiencecalculation formula of static mixer, the equivalent diameter, water entrance and swirl velocityand pressure drop parameters were calculated.Numerical calculation and method of field experiment of mixed characteristics of thenew type of mixer were studied, the three-dimensional numerical model and the experimentaldata more accurately, and to study the factors that affect the polymer viscosity instability.After the mixed liquid sampling process after the analysis, good mixing effect, mixingnonuniformity coefficient is≤3%-5%, Viscosityloss within2%.The experimental data and the simulated results can provide a theoretical basis for futureresearch.
