Static mixer has been used in many fields of industrial production because of its low cost,easy maintenance and no additional energy consumption,making its commonly used in industrial technology.Taking the SCR denitrification plant in coal-fired power plants as an example,static mixer is used in the mixture of NOx and reductive gas.However,the existing static mixers are often unable to achieve the purpose of uniform mixing within a short distance due to the space constraints,thereby affecting the denitrification efficiency of the device.Based on the bionic relationship of leaves in nature,this paper puts forward the Willow-like static mixer.In this paper,according to the previous research results,the leaf angle and minimum circulation area,the arrangement of the nozzle,the spraying concentration and velocity of nozzle are determined.The structure of the Willow-like static mixer has been confirmed.The Correlation flow field experiment was carried out by CFD numerical simulation,and the velocity field and the concentration field were coincident with the results of cold model experiment.Afterwards,the mixed characteristics of the Willow-like static mixer will be studied by the verified mathematical model.The longitudinal vortex will be produced in the wake region of the leaf to accelerate the material mixing between the low-velocity zone and the high-velocity zone.The interval distribution of the high and low concentration regions increases the diffusion efficiency of the substance molecules.The axial-backward mixing in static mixer enhances the exchange of material and momentum with incoming flows.The high turbulent kinetic energy dissipation rate zone enhances the microscopic mixing,And the high turbulent flow energy region intensifies the mesoscopic mixing.Finally,three kinds of static mixers which have been used in practical engineering are used as contrast tests to verify the feasibility and applicability of the Willow-like static mixer.Various experimental results show that the Willow-like static mixer has the highest device mixing efficiency,good turbulent kinetic energy dissipation rate distribution and subsequent mixing ability,and has good performance in short-distance mixing.
