In recent years, along with the science and technology rapid progress, promote themechanical processing and manufacturing of rapid development, to all sorts of copper rodsand the increasing demand for copper profile, and the copper rod and copper profiles thequality requirements of the more and more is also high. And the production of traditionalcopper rod and copper profiles, in surface finish, size and surface hardness etc. has graduallycannot reach the requirement of production. So in order to efficient production of copper andcopper a large number bar profiles, and improve the product quality, design and developmentof drawing the straightening all-in-one PC. It can continuously complete to copper rod andcopper profiles of drawing and the straightening technology, and improve its quality.This paper introduces the straightening all-in-one PC drawing the overall structure andeach part of the work principle, from drawing machine at home and abroad with the results ofthe straightener and related technologies, from pull out of the principle of straighteningall-in-one PC, completed its hydraulic system design and analysis. In drawing forcecalculation, this paper takes the finite element simulation with the theoretical calculation ofthe combination of the way, given the copper strip pulling out a method of force. And then touse this method to calculate drawing straightening all-in-one PC’s maximum size needed forprocessing the blank load, and on the basis of calculated the main parameters of hydraulicsystem. According to the parameter design and choose hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pump andhydraulic control valves hydraulic components. Then draw the hydraulic actuators theoperation condition of the figure, and completed the hydraulic system diagram of therecommended. Finally calculated the hydraulic system of fever and pressure drop, ensure therationality of the design of the hydraulic system.Pull out calculation of the force of the hydraulic system is an important part of the design,also be the important basis of host structure design. This paper first three-dimensionalmodelling software Pro/E4.0generate three copper take stock and corresponding three moldof the three-dimensional entity, and then took the STL format graphics to the parts intoDEFORM-3D, the finite element simulation model. Then through the DEFORM-3Dsimulation of the drawing process, the calculation of the needed drawing force. In the sametime, by using the existing drawing force calculation formula to compute the samespecifications forming copper flat wire drawing the drawing force. Finally the finite elementsimulation results with through and through revised carat Silesia and calculation in the studythat, after a revised carat Silesia and calculation are pulling out of the force and the simulationcalculation results of closer.
