The subject comes from production practice;it is scientific research cooperation with Jiangxi Stone Heavy Machinery Limited.Cinder machine currently on the market less prevalent efficiency,large work space range,small-scale production,long working hours,the unit load transport costs and other shortcomings.In order to overcome these drawbacks and to solve practical problems exist Cinder machine operation,and further improve productivity and efficiency means ballast carried on LWL-120 Cinder machine three-dimensional model and parameter calculation,finite element analysis and its important work means structural optimization,and hydraulic system design and simulation.(1)The overall scheme design,according to the manufacturers put forward the problem of parts of the LWL-120 slag raking machine for selection and structural design.Then the machine in all aspects of performance parameters were calculated,and the application of Solidworks 3D software to LWL-120 slag raking machine the main spare part modeling and assembly modeling,to slag raking machine for interference checking;and the three dimensional engineering drawing design.(2)Using ANSYS Workbench completed LWL-120 weak parts Cinder machine working device such as a boom,arm strength and stiffness of the structure static analysis,the stress contours Hop displacement contours of each group of parts,find a local stress concentration,improve;While the working device in the most dangerous conditions,modal analysis of its arm,then the natural frequency of the boom of comparison,comparing the result is a resonance phenomenon does not occur in normal operation.(3)The use of simulation software ANSYS Workbench for target-driven optimization analysis has been the most sensitive to the effects of the boom stiffness parameters of size,after changing the parameters affecting the size of the big arm structure Optimization.Optimization process to reduce the mass of the boom as the objective function to obtain a set of optimum parameters,initial quality decreased from 143.63 kg to 123.84 kg,reduced weight is nearly 13.78 percent,after reducing the quality optimization.(4)When LWL-120 Cinder machine work load analysis typical working conditions,as well as functional requirements,were designed slag LUDV hydraulic system is based,and then draw Pa loaded walk-circuit hydraulic system schematic.Use AMESim software to establish a simulation model of the hydraulic system,and the key components and systemsimulation analysis of static and dynamic performance.Through the simulation to verify the correctness and feasibility of slag hydraulic system for the future design and optimization of the hydraulic system and lay a solid foundation provides the basis,At last,the electrical schematic diagram was designed.Research in this paper,as LWL-120 Cinder machine designed to provide the theoretical basis in structure design,parts selection and machine performance parameters;work-based ANSYS Workbench Finite element analysis and optimization,and a hydraulic system Design and Simulation for the subsequent development of Cinder machine provides an effective design ideas.
