By means of the research and analysis of the distribution of oil and grain in the producedwater and the physicochemical property of the produced water grain, the distribution of the oiland solid grain in the produced water is inferred, which can offers as scientific criterion.By means of the research of the separation of oil drip ascension and dipping, the dippingvelocity of grain and the effect of produced water processing, some work is made to analyzethe chief reason of low work efficiency of the present waste water disposal system in ourplant. The propositions are proposed for the technique improvement.By means of the research of membrane material characteristic, special membranematerial is selected out which is more hydrophilic and oleophobic, oil contamination resisting, fast filting, low pressure losing, more chemical compatible and with strong regeneration. Thespecial material is applied in Cui-zhuang waste water disposal system. This technique is theorigination of Jiangsu oil field, and it gets up to domestic advanced level in the fieldapplication.Special medicament is selected which is deoiling and flocculating, then thedemulsification problem of oil-in-water inversion emulsion in the waste water is solved, and itcan make a good effect of coagulation. This technique is the origination of Jiangsu oil field, and it gets up to domestic advanced level in the field application. The frequency variation disinfection technique is introduced in Cuizhuang waste waterdisposal system, which is characteristic of easy operated and maintained, less effect by themedicament and human factors and sustained disinfection ability.
