Biomass gasification technology is one applying field for biomass fuel heatingtransformation, its theory is based on the following: by heating the biomass solid fuelmaterial, the large organic hydrocarbons molecular will break into small hydrocarbonmolecular, oxide carbon, hydrogen and so on in case of lacking oxygen burning, forthis propose, to form the biomass solid fuel material with high contend of volatilessubstance, ash and low content of sculpture is one way to acquire its energy bygasification. this technology will use worldly existed biomass solid fuel materialavailable as a substitute fuel for oil energy and sustain energy continuousconsumption in the future. Substance for making the biomass solid fuel materialspreads richly in agricultural and pastoral plateau regions, thus, to design a kind ofbiomass gasification stove with low cost and simple daily maintains will meet thedemands of the farmers and herdsmen and provide them with convenient life. Thispaper grounds on Cooperation with Qinghai Huayuan New Energy Technology Co.,Ltd’ s demonstrating program for reused energy. A kind of up-flow biomassgasification stove is designed, which gives considerations especially on theinfluence factors of plateau region’s low oxygen content in air and the wide geometryscattering area of straw for making the biomass solid fuel. The research focus on thefollowing:(1)Forming equipment for biomass solid fuel material engineering.(2)Up-flowing biomass gasification stove structure design and analysis foroptimized gasification parameters, the high points are the tar filtering from gas device,stove cabinet structure, second time oxygen provider, biomass solid fuel materialfeeding as well as ash removing set.(3)Analysis on the experiment of gasification condition, its mainly about therelationship on the speed of rotate fan in accordance with stove cabinet, air content,flame and oven temperature. Based on the Data above and gasification theory, aconclusion of optimized working parameters is drawn for the up-flowing stove. Plateau type gasification stove and tan filtering from gas device have receivedthe state’s acknowledgement for new structure patent, the stove is manufactured inplant. The research provides some valuable references for the application ofgasification stove on theory and engineering, furthermore, it will promote the use ofbiomass solid fuel material in vast area of agricultural and pastoral plateau regions,change the present energy consumption structure as well as economy andsurroundings goes hormonally.
