Research On Safety Technology Of Straw Gasification Energy Saving

Based on the analysis of dangerous and harmful factors in straw gasification station, and combined with relevant standards, this thesis finds the main danger are fire and explosion, and then scalding injury, the main hazard is poisoning. The thesis establishes accident causation model of straw gasification station by using causal chain of accidents, so as to sum up and analysis the factors affecting the safety of station.For the less of research on safety of straw gasification station, the thesis chooses AHP, which is a classic method, to establish the safety assessment index system of straw gasification station from equipment, facilities, and gas safety, working environment safety, and safety management by consulting experts and evaluates the weight of every index.According to the "gray" feature, the thesis establishes straw gasification station safety evaluation model by gray cluster comprehensive evaluation method. The model is verified by an example.Based on all the studies, this thesis summarizes safety technology of straw gasification station, including fire and explosion protection, poisoning protection, and reduces the tar content of the gas and other safety technologies. However, there are something incorporate in Chinese biomass gasification standards, i.e."Biomass gasification gas station central supply system construction standards (NYJ/T09-2005)" and "Technology condition and code for acceptance of straw gasification station gas supply system (NY/T443-2001)". This thesis made a description of these issues. After researching on the safety technologies, the thesis shares advises on the improvement of the straw gasification in the example and verified by evaluating the straw gasification after reforming with gray cluster comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, there is an analysis on accident consequence in order to support the emergency of straw gasification station.The research on safety technologies of straw gasification can provide a basis for the preparation of "straw gaisification safety progame" The development of straw gasification safety technologies is good for energy saving and emission reduction. Moreover, it is important for personal safety and can reduce the loss of the accidents.
