This paper analyzes the characteristics of the widespread use of CFB boiler slag cooler, and depending on the characteristics of the product manufacturer, Choose to use a water-cooled roller slag cooler as the research object. Analysis water-cooled slag cooler according to use numerical simulation method and ANSYS thermal analysis software. Including the temperature field and thermal stress calculation of tube plate at the slag entrance and the Analysis of the thermal structure of the main tube structure. Main research including:1) Build three-dimensional finite element model of slag cooler tube plate and solid element constructed import side the finite element model;2) Cold slag machines tube plate in the normal operating temperature under the stress, strain analysis;3) Simulation of cold slag cooling process, the export side of slag cooling temperature, cooling verify whether the requirements;4) Compare and evaluate the cooling effect of slag cooler tube plates, and the main tube structure.To study the stress characteristics of the cold slag into the slag tube plate in the high temperature working environment and the main tube structure, thermal convection heat transfer process simulate the temperature field of cold slag into the slag notch, and calculate the tube sheet in this temperature stress changes through using the dynamic characteristics of two-phase fluid,heat balance equation and the discrete phase model. As an assessment of the safety performance of slag cooler conditions. In addition, study the structure of the main cylinder tube for the analysis of thermal convection cooling and then obtain the tube of cold slag temperature distribution, as the basis for the judgment of the cold slag cooling performance. And get the following conclusions:1) Slag cooler tube plate structural stress analysis, come to the tube plate stress distribution, and with reference to the yield stress of the tube sheet materials, get the security of the tube plate of cold slag under normal operating conditions;2) Analysis of temperature field on a single pipe of the cold slag machines, drawn cold slag to the outlet end of the temperature distribution, to get the results that can meet the cooling requirements of the cold slag, thereby enhancing the heat recovery efficiency of the slag;3) Shows the distribution of the axial velocity of cold slag, the slag in the pipe running smoothly, to ensure the stability of the slag cooler working environment;The study structure designed to provide a reliable basis for optimizing the structure of cold slag machines, the data obtained and operating rules of reference and operating guidance for the reliable operation of the slag cooler.
