From the famous pulse diagnosis in Traditional Chinese Medicine to the further researchof cardiovascular system and relevant diseases in Modern Medicine, it sufficiently shows theclose relationship between human pulse and diseases, especially cardiovascular diseases.Pulse signal contains much physiological information, testing and information analysis on itusually can provides us the changing trend of human physical health, which make the diseasesbe earlier defended and treated, and play an important guiding role in preventing and treatingon cardiovascular and chronic diseases.In this article, we extract pulse signal by K value wave-chose way, then describe themacroscopic average characteristic of pulse wave and research the time-frequency domainfeatures, to find out the normal changing law of waveform and energy with different age bycomparison of respective pulse waveform and frequency spectrogram, and to summarize therelationship between different pulse and possible cardiovascular diseases based on the theoryof pulse.From the research and analysis of existing pulse detecting technologies and processingmethods, to realize the functions such as pulse signal collected, pulse waveform displayed intime, data storage, we use the MCU AT89C52 as lower computer to design the pulse signalcollection device, and take PC as upper computer achieve digital filter and signal processingby means of powerful database support characteristic of LabVIEW7.0.In the end of this article, to increase functionality of clothing, Modern textile technologyand electronic technology are fused to realize pulse detected by normal clothes. Electron yarnis used as connecting parts to link circuit modules, which can overcome the difficulties oftraditional clothing as poor in water wash ability, softness and comfortableness. Electrondevices can be flexibly configured with clothing style so as to enhance practicability ofclothing. Some problems, concluding wire connection reliability, softness of clothing, andanti-short-circuit property, must be solved when electronic equipment is embedded in clothing,to satisfy the demand of this subject and make clothing have features such as softness,elasticity, durables, and fastness to washing and so on.
