The Clinical Research Of Ju Teng Capsule Treat On Hypertension And The Empirical Of Professor Wang Changhai’s Treatment Of Hyperactivity

Background：Hypertension siekness is the clinical common frequently-occurringdisease，enhanees，with the work rhythm along and the living standard speeds upand so on,and many kinds of faetors influence，the disease ineidence rate risesyear by year. China have vast territory and abundant resources, rich source oftraditional Chinese medicine. After two thousand years of Chinese medicinespecial half century of combined Chinese and Western medicine therapy in thetreatment of disease development, because of its small toxic side effect, low cost,definite curative effect, increasingly favored by the medical staff and patients.Hypertension control is also no exception.In a long-term clinical practice, under activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and calm the liver and subdue yang principles, SupervisorWang Changhai associate professor developed a pure Chinese medicine"JuTengcapsule" in treating hypertension,and obtain satisfactory effect.This paper aims through clinical observation, research clinical curativeeffect of Juteng capsule combined with western medicine for treatment of liveryang hyperactivity type hypertensions. Summary the treatment experiences ofSupervisor Wang Changhai treat on hypertension.Objective：1. To investigate the clinical Clinical efficacy of Ju Teng Capsule intreating primary hypertension with syndrome of liver-yang hyperactivitypatients.2. Summary the clinical experience of Professor Wang CH’s treatment ofHypertension disease.Methods:1.57cases of hypertension with syndrome of liver yang hyperactivity, wereenrolled from the clinic of Department of Traditional Chinese medicine，Xijinghospital，Fourth Military Medical University. They were randomly divided intotreatment group and control group. Both of them accepted basic treatment andtook essential antihypertensive drug. Treatment group were added treated withJu Teng Capsule.The clinical study of both groups before and after4weekstreatment were observed, including the change of blood pressure, Chinesemedicinal symptom、Chinese medicinal symptom score, and the relevantexams.(2) Follow Professor Wang Changhai from outpatients, collected case,summed up the experience in treating hypertension. Results:The treatment group and the control group both could reduce the bloodpressure, improve the Chinese medicinal symptom.1)The total syndromes effectof treatment group (Ju Teng Capsule group) is92.86%, and the control group is86.20%,show that treatment group is more effective than control group;2) Thetotal blood-pressure effect of treatment group (Ju Teng Capsule group) is85.71%., and the control group is79.31%, show that the treatment grouptreatment of liver yang hyperactivity type hypertension of blood pressure wasmore effective than the control group;3) Theatmen group and control group bothhave obvious effect on treating hypertentsion,on the systolic pressure,comparedwith control group,there is no statistical significance(P>0.05).But on thediastolic pressure,the trteatment group is superior to the controlgroup(P<0.05).4)During treatmen,both of groups had no influence on bloodroutine,urine routine,stool routine,hepatic function,and renal function,and alsono adverse events occurred.Conclusion:1. Ju teng Capsule capsule is a safe and effective drug what could use in thetreatment of liver yang hyperactivity type hypertension2. Professor Wang Changhai treated hypertension from liver have a rich andunique experience.
