Observation On The Curative Effect Of Zishui Qianyang Decoction In Treating Primary Hypertension With Hyperactivity Of Liver Yang

Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of Zishui Qian Yang Tang in the treatment of essential hypertension and to provide a basis for further clinical application.Methods A total of 76 cases were randomly grouped according to the inclusion criteria.38 cases in each group were treated with Zishui Qianyang Tang granule preparation,one dose per day in two sachets,taken with boiled water half an hour after meals in the morning and evening;the control group was given amlodipine benzoate tablets once daily at a dosage of 5 mg.both groups were treated for a total of 4 weeks.After 1 course of treatment,the blood pressure,EEV score and TCM syndrome score of patients in both groups were used as observation indexes,and the effective rate of blood pressure and TCM syndrome score was used as the criterion of efficacy,as well as the blood pressure of patients in both groups were followed up for 1 month to record the recurrence rate,and the safety was tested by glutathione and creatinine.The data obtained were finally counted using the statistical software Spss22.0.Results 1 The general data as well as the blood pressure values,EEV scores and TCM evidence points of the two groups before treatment were tested,P > 0.05,and the differences were not statistically significant and comparable.2 Results analysis: 1)blood pressure: the blood pressure values of patients in both groups decreased after treatment,and the difference between the groups was not statistically significant.2)EEV and TCM symptoms: the EEV scores and TCM symptoms scores of patients in both groups decreased after treatment,and the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant.3 Efficacy analysis: 1)blood pressure efficacy: both groups had significant blood pressure lowering effect,and the difference between the groups was not statistically significant.1)blood pressure efficacy: both groups had significant antihypertensive effect,by test,P>0.05,the difference between groups was not statistically significant;2)Chinese medicine symptoms efficacy: the efficacy rate of the treatment group was 95%(36/38),of which 24 were efficacious,12 were effective,and 2 were invalid;the efficacy rate of the control group was 79%(30/38),of which 16 were efficacious,14 were effective,and 8 were invalid,by rank sum test,P<0.05,the difference between groups was statistically significant.There is statistical significance.4 Follow-up relapse rate: After 1-month follow-up,the relapse rate of blood pressure value after stopping the drug was compared between the two groups,the relapse rate was 39%(14/36)in the treatment group and75%(27/36)in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant by the test,P<0.05.5 Adverse reactions: 1 case occurred in the treatment group and 4 cases occurred in the control group,all of which were minor adverse reactions.6Safety: all safety monitoring standards tested before and after treatment indicated that they were within the normal range.Conclusion Zi Shui Qian Yang Tang can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of primary hypertension of the hyperactive liver-yang type,and is an effective and safe drug for the treatment of primary hypertension of the hyperactive liver-yang type.Table 18;Citation 116.
