Object Pre-study suggests that patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)are often accompanied by duodenogastric reflux(DGR),proton pumpinhibitors (PPI) and Gastrointestinal motor function regulator are importantmedicine used for GERD, however, there is no report regarding their effect on DGR inGERD patient. In this study, we will observed Rabeprazole and Trimebutine Maleateon DGR of GERD patients.Subjects and Methods73volunteers with GERD and DGR will be divided into twogroups, one group are used Rabeprazole Treatment Maleate alone. The other group areused rabeprazole joint Trimebutine Maleate treatment, Color Doppler Ultrasound isused to test the DGR of GERD patients and the DGR of GERD patients before andafter treatment is compared, analysis the effect of two drugs on the DGR.Results1、Rabeprazole group and Rabeprazole Trimebutine Maleate group aftertreatment, the reflux frequency, reflux intensity, and reflux index of DGR from thepatients of the two groups are significantly reduced than before (P<0.05);2、Thechange of DGR from Rabeprazole group and rabeprazole maleate trimebutine group isnot significantly (P>0.05).Conclusion Rabeprazole is helpful to DGR of GERD patients, the effects are notenhanced with Trimebutine Maleate.
