Design And Implementation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Knowledge Base

Traditional Chinese Medicine has thousands of years of history. It is wisdom of Chinese people to fight with disease for thousands of years. After several years of development, whether or theoretical system and means of treatment have made great process. In recent year, Traditional Chinese Medicine appears some issues such as lack of an unified description of digital resources, heritage crisis. Knowledge base is a model representation of the domain information. Constructing the knowledge base is conductive to the transmission of Traditional chinese medicine resource, is conductive to use data mining techniques to explore the laws of disease diagnosis, is conductive to discover the law of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment and innovative to treatment model to improve the diagnosis and treatment.Based on investigating the main content of Traditional Chinese Medicine, mainly researches the design and realization of Traditional Chinese Medicine knowledge database. This paper mainly includes the following parts:Firstly, based on fully investigating the basic theory and mainly researching content of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper designs a configuration system of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge. As a whole, traditional Chinese medicine knowledge database includes basic theory and instance knowledge base.Secondly, based on designing the system of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge database, we design the representation of Traditional Chinese Medicine knowledge according to knowledge features of different types. This paper uses knowledge frame to represent the knowledge of the instance knowledge base and the basic concepts base, and uses three objects to represent the knowledge of the rules base.Thirdly, aiming at construction of the Traditional Chinese Medicine and prescription knowledge base, this paper puts forward to a knowledge acquisition method of Traditional Chinese Medicine knowledge based on the network. This paper accomplishes the traditional Chinese medicine and prescription knowledge base.Fourthly, aiming at acquiring more knowledge, the paper introduces the chi-square test feature into term recognition based on CRF, and this method recognizes terms by combination degree between left and right words of character strings and present words. The method not only considers the advantages of the combination degree of chi-square test in testing character strings,, but also considers the advantages of CRF for recognizing terms of low frequency. Thus, the disadvantages of the traditional methods applied in the term recognition are avoided effectively.
