Design And Implementation Of Medical Knowledge Base Management Software

The medical knowledge base is an important tool to help doctors and medical practitioners to obtain medical knowledge and clinical advice,and an important means to improve doctors’ medical service ability.At present,the lack of medical knowledge base has obstructed the improvement of medical service ability for the grassroots medical institutions and doctors.In terms of above-mentioned issue this paper designs and develops a medical knowledge base management software for the grassroots medical institutions and doctors.The first problem to be solved by the software is to build an effective retrieval system.This paper suggests a method of integrating Chinese word segmentation dictionary into search engine to improve the low retrieval efficiency of Chinese grassroots medical science.There are two challenges on constructing a new grassroots medical word segmentation database—poor corpus data set and inefficiency of word segmentation algorithm.Based on the grassroots medical journals,this paper constructs a Chinese medical corpus,and two algorithms based on mutual information entropy and Bi LSTM are used to conduct the word segmentation training,so as to build the medical word segmentation dictionary of the primary medical knowledge base management system and integrate it into the search engine,which significantly improves the retrieval effect of the primary medical knowledge retrieval system.On the basis of constructing a medical knowledge retrieval system,this paper is aimed at designing and accomplishing the grassroots medical knowledge base management system.The system is designed with B/S architecture,which is divided into three layers: display layer,business logic layer and data layer.There are five functional modules including medical knowledge retrieval,upload and review,personal and backstage management,and data statistics.The system is completed with Go language in this paper.Finally,the system test results show that the function of the medical knowledge base management system meets the design requirements and runs stably.
