The New Rural Cooperative Medical Care System Of Shandong Province Research

Health care is an important part of Chinese social security system, but rural health care is the top priority of our health. As improvements in medical technology and equipment, medical costs are rising. After the disintegration of traditional rural cooperative medical care, the phenomenon that "Back into poverty due to illness" is growing. So, ’Medical treatment is difficult and expensive" has become the most urgent need to address farmers’reality. New rural cooperative medical system is a great farmer-friendly policy that the party and government made for health insurance needs of the farmers. After eight years of experimental work, the new rural cooperative medical system is constantly improved and perfected. It eased the farmers’problem at "medical treatment is difficult and expensive", and reduced farmers’ financial burden. However, due to various factors, the new rural cooperative medical system needs to be further improved.In this paper, the new rural cooperative medical system in the background and Shandong Province’s new rural cooperative medical care system development as the starting point.the new rural cooperative medical care system as the starting point of development, using a combination of methods investigation and analysis, taking Gaoqiao village as an example, to explore the existence of the new rural cooperative medical system problems and major issues of conflict, and analyze the causes system to run the obstacles to a complete set of the new rural cooperative medical countermeasures.
