Long-term clinical practice prove its exact effects and long-term use have not yet found obvious side effects.In the early stage of the course,we have received certain achievements in the experimental researches of Yiliuning in vitro anti-tumor and Chemotherapy efficiency.lt can inhibit these cancer cells to growth which involve human cancer SGC-7901cells, esophageal cancer Eca-109cells,liver cancer Bel-7402cells,pancreatic cancer Bxpc-3cells,cervical cancer Hela cells,breast cancer MDA-MB-231cells,lung cancer NCI-H520,lung cancer A549cells,at the same time, it has synergistic effects on different chemical structure of Chemotherapy drugs.This experiment based on the above experiments do researches on Synergistic and Toxicity-Reducing Effects of Yiliuning in vivo level in order to provide the experimental evidences for better clinical application.Objective:To study the synergistic and toxicity-reducing effect of Yiliuning on mice with radiotherapy.Methods:The research of the synergistic effect of Yiliuning on mice with radiotherapy:This experiment is divided into A and B two parts.In the A group, mice in the next day after inoculation began to be Irrigated medicine, the fifth day began to illuminate. The B group, the mice began to illuminate and be irrigated medicine following vaccinateing tumor bread. Each group is composed by8small groups,10/group, Group situation of two big group is following by:1ã€Negative control group2〠Model control group3ã€low dosage group of Yiliuning preparation4ã€medium dosage group of Yiliuning preparations5ã€high dosage group of Yiliuning preparation6〠radiotherapy and low dosage group of Yiliuning preparation7〠radiotherapy and medium dosage group of Yiliuning preparation8ã€radiotherapy and high dosage group of Yiliuning preparation.S180sarcoma is used in A and B groups. then appying the physiological saline to make up with1x107/ml cell suspension liquid, vaccinate0.2mL cell suspension in Right axillary subcutaneous of mice with weight about20gram which are sorts of Kunming with clean level,8weeks old in order to manufacture transplanted tumor model.on the basis of transplanted tumor model,the Yiliuning preparation is used for10days,one time per day, the concentration of Yiliuning low〠mediumã€high dosage are37.5%,75%and112.5%respectively,6MVX-Linear accelerator rays are applied in illuminating,radiation dose for5Gy, illuminating lasts for2.5min. During the experiment, the general situation of mice is observed,24hours after the treatment,the mice were put to death in the means of cervical dislocating in oder to pick off tumor tissues,then weighing and calculating inhibition ratio.The research of the toxicity-reducing effect of Yiliuning on mice with radiotherapy:150mice were divided into6groups randomly,25only/group, Group situation is as follows:1ã€Negative control group2ã€Model control group3ã€Positive control group4ã€radiotherapy and low dosage group of Yiliuning preparationsã€radiotherapy and medium dosage group of Yiliuning preparation6ã€radiotherapy and high dosage group of Yiliuning preparation.within the24hour after,each group (except the negative control group)began to be received medicine for31days, one time per day, Each group aboved began to receive6MVX-Linear accelerator one-time whole body irradiation in the use of drug5days, radiation dose for3Gy, illuminating lasts for1.5min, then taking blood from the Ball vein plexus of mice to count the total number of white blood cells and neutrophils percentage at the first day before irradiation〠the8,14days,21days,28days after irradiation respectively. Results:1. All groups are in good condition during the trial.In the experiment of Synergistic effect, different sizes of nodules can be found in Vaccination site after4days for vaccinating, Nodules grow gradually, diameter can reach0.5*0.5*cm around after7days for vaccinating.The ratio of tumor formation is100percentage,so the transplanted tumor model has made success.2. Different doses of Yiliuning preparation have synergistic effects in6MV-X Linear accelerator inhibiting has nothing to tumor-burded mice and the synergistic effects have nothing to do with irradiation time. In the A group,the inhibition ratio of Model control groupã€low dosage group of Yiliuning preparationã€medium dosage group of Yiliuning preparationã€high dosage group of Yiliuning preparation, radiotherapy and low dosage group of Yiliuning preparationã€radiotherapy and medium dosage group of Yiliuning preparationã€radiotherapy and high dosage group of Yiliuning preparation are33.8%,31.4%,35.4%,32.4%,67.2%,71.6%,74%respectively. In the B group,the inhibition ratio of Model control groupã€low dosage group of Yiliuning preparationã€medium dosage group of Yiliuning preparationã€high dosage group of Yiliuning preparationã€radiotherapy and low dosage group of Yiliuning preparationã€radiotherapy and medium dosage group of Yiliuning preparationã€radiotherapy and high dosage group of Yiliuning preparation are31.2%ã€33.2%ã€33.7%ã€35.6%ã€67.8%ã€67.3%ã€68.3%respectively.3. The result of the toxicity-reducing effect of Yiliuning on mice with6MV-X Linear accelerator manifests that Yiliuning can reduce the decline of the white cells, neutrophils percentage of peripheral blood caused by radiothepary.Before the illumination,the white cells, neutrophils percentage of mice of each group are normal,then decline to the minimum at the8days after exposure,recover little by little,the ratio of recovery is the fastest after exposure to14-21days,except the control model group,the rest groups are back to normal. Conclusions:1. Yiliuning prepration can enhance the effect of tumor-inhibition of radiation.2. Yiliuning prepration has Synergistic effect to Radiotherapy on Tumor-burdened mice,and the Synergistic effect has nothing to do with radiation time.3. The decline of the white cells and Neutrophils percentage of Peripheral blood of mice have been reduced by Yiliuning prepration. |
