Objective To explore the relations between different pathological types and age, sex, lesion location, bronchoscopic appearances in1531patients with lung cancer diagnosed by bronchoscopy.Method A retrospective analysis was made on the bronchoscopy data of1531lung cancer patients enrolled between May2003and December2011.Results In1531patients with lung cancer,703cases were squamous cell carcinoma(45.92%),465cases were small cell carcinoma(30.37%),307cases were adenocarcinoma(20.05%),43cases were adenosquamous carcinoma(2.81%),13cases were the other types (0.85%).1130cases were male(73.81%).401cases were female(26.19%). the most common histopathology in male was squamous cell carcinoma, accounting for55.92%(626/1130)(P<0.01);the most common histopathology in female was adenocarcinoma.accounting for40.90%(164/401)(P<0.01).The lung cancer was62.57%(958/1531) at the age from50to69,and under the age of30was0.65%(10/1531)(P<0.01);The squamous cell carcinoma was50.73%(486/958) at the age from50to69,and then above the age of70was52.92%(127/240)(P<0.01);The small cell carcinoma was41.44%(138/323) at the age from30to49(P<0.01);The adenocarcinoma was90.00%(9/10) under the age of30(P<0.01).All cases were50.82%in the left lung and45.66%in the right lung, there was no clear difference between the left and right lung(P>0.05);All cases were39.12%in the upper lobes and23.45%in the lower lobes, more in the upper lobes (P<0.05).60.42%of all cases belonged to hyperplasis type,27.11%to soakage type,8.88%to hyperplasis with soakage type,2.68%to crackdown type, and0.92%to normal type.51.78%of the squamous cell carcinoma.33.84%of the small cell carcinoma and11.03%of the adenocarcinoma belonged to hyperplasis type,in addition, the three pathological types belonged to soakage type were35.90%,26.02%and35.42%respectively. Condusion In these1531caces,the most common pathological types is squamous cell carcinoma, then the small cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma in the different pathological types of lung cancer; The lung cancer in male is more than female,The male is susceptible to squamous carcinoma, and the female is susceptible to adenocarcinoma; The higher incidence of lung cancer is at the age from50to69,The higher incidence of squamous carcinoma is at the age of50and above, and the small cell carcinoma is at the age from30to49,then the adenocarcinoma is under the age of30;The lung cancer in the upper lobes is more than in the lower lobes, but there is no clear difference between the left and right lung; The most of squamous carcinoma and small cell carcinoma belong to hyperplasis type.and then to soakage type; The adenocarcinoma belongs to oakage type, and then to hyperplasis type.
