Retrospective StudyThis study was a retrospective survey method to extract January2011to December2011to our clinical data for colonoscopy bowel preparation mannitol and senna groupof35cases is a compoundpolyethylene glycol and senna100cases,100cases ofcastor oil and senna, a comparative analysis on the effect of different bowel preparationbefore colonoscopy in patients with clean intestinal. Develop the quality ofcolonoscopy survey form to record the different bowel preparation in patients withKit-intestinal effects, creating databases, using statistical methods were analyzed and compared to provide a reference guide the clinical selection of bowel preparation. 3. Three kinds of bowel preparation method which are mannitol and senna, castor oil and senna, compound polyethylene glycol and senna, they clean the intestinal tract is roughly the same efficiency.2. Compared to the bowel preparation which are the mannitol and senna, castor oil and senna, the compoundpolyethylene glycol+senna used for bowel preparation in patients with fewer adverse reactions, colonoscopy physicians of its evaluationhigher.
