Object ivesDiscusing therapeutic effect about a common disease——cervical vertigo by Bo’s abdominal acapuncture (including the possible mechanisms and effects).This is to investigate the clinical curative effeet and clinical therapeutic evaluation in order to provide a basis to standardize point selection of the remedy of CV.MethodThe research object is30patients treated Bo’s abdominal acapuncture [acupoint selection:RN12、RN6、RN、RN10(deep insertion), KI17(medium insertion),ST24(superficial insertion)].Before treatment and after the firsts fifth treatment, using curative standard of traditional chinses medicine, cervical vervigo symptomps and functional assessment scales to appraise the patient’s condition, combined with vertebral artery color doppler ultrasound to examine patients, changes of curative effect, cervical vervigo symptomps and functional assessment scale and the vertebral artery hemodynamic is dynamicly observed before and after the firsts fifth treatment.Result1The statistic analysis reveals that the total effective rate is70%after the first treatment, while is100%after the fifth treatment. Which prompt that had a better clinical effect after the fifth treatment.2Cervical vervigo symptomps and functional assessment scales, dizziness, Shoulder and neck pain, the daily life and the work, psychological and social adaptation score after the first treatment, compared with before treatment, have significant differences (P<0.05). Headach scale after the first treatment, compared with before treatment, have no differences (P>0.05); All scores after the fifth treatment, compared with before treatment and the first treatment, have very significant differences(P<0.01).3Patients with insufficienty blood supply in unilateral vertebral artery: The diameter of vertebral artery, average flow velocity, blood flow in a minute after the first and fifth treatment in diseased side, compared with before treatment, have significant differences (P<0.05); All indicators after the fifth treatment in diseased side, compared with after the first treatment, have significant differences(P<0.05); All indicators after the fifth treatment in healthy side, compared with after the first treatment, have no differences(P>0.05). Patients with insufficienty blood supply in bilateral vertebral artery:All indicators after the first and fifth treatment in both side, compared with before treatmen, have significant differences (P<0.05);All indicators after the fifth treatment in left side, compared with after the first treatment, have significant differences (P<0.05);the diameter of vertebral artery, blood flow in a minute after the fifth treatment in right side, compared with after the first treatment, have no differences (P>0.05)ConelusionThis has immediately obvious and superimposed the clinical curative effects about patients with cervical vervigo treated by Bo’s abdominal acapuncture;Cervical vervigo symptomps and functional assessment scales:can alleviate the associated symptoms for example:dizziness, shoulder and neck pain, headache, and so on. Improves the daily life and the work,the psychological and social adaptation ability;In the vertebral artery hemodynamic:Can improve blood supply of vertebral artery and blood circulation of the brain;Through clinical observation, both of them have certain relevance. With the increase of number of treatment, the indicators of vertebral artery hemodynamic changes obviously, at the same time, clinical symptoms improve further;Bo’s abdominal acapuncture is is a kind of therapy to treat cervical Vervigo,which is painless to be acapunctured into points, easy to be accepted by patients and simple to be applied in clinic, not side effects,beneficial to patients and worthy to be popularized.
