The Role Of Uterus Endometrial Parameters Measured By Color Doppler Ultrasound In The Prediction Of Ivf Outcome

Objective:Investigate the role of endometrial thickness and pattern and blood flow parameters inpredicting in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer (IVF-ET) outcome measured by color Dopplerultrasound.Methods:This study used double-blind randomized clinical trial. In Reproduction Center of TaiyuanCentral Hospital, 80 cases of infertility patients undergoing Assisted ReproductiveTechnologies(ART ) treatment receive controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH ) cycle therapy and in vitrofertilization and embryo transfer technology. TO observe endometrial thickness and the patternof the day of injecting human chorionic gonadotropin ( HCG ) and uterine artery andendometrium flow parameters of embryo transfer (ET ) day by the transvaginal color Dopplerultrasound (TVCD ).. According to the outcome of IVF-ET, divided into pregnancy group ( n =35 ) and no pregnant group ( n = 45 ), to evaluation relationship of pregnancy group and nonpregnant group endometrial thickness and the pattern of the day of injecting human chorionicgonadotropin ( HCG ) and IVF-ET outcome and relationship of uterine artery blood flow andendometrium blood flow parameters of embryo transfer (ET ) and IVF-ET outcome.Results:1.There were no significant differences in general between pregnancy group and nonpregnant group;2 .There were statistical significant difference between endometrial pattern A pregnancyrates for women and B, C pregnancy rate (< 0.05);3.There were statistical significant diffegroup and non pregnanPrence in endometrial thickness of HCG daybetween pregnancy t group ( < 0.05);4.There were statistical significant difference in endometrial blood flow resistance index(RI )，pulsatility index (PI ) of ET day between pregnancy group and non pregnant group( < 0.05);5.There was no significant difference in uterine artery blood flow resistance index (RI ),pulsatility index (PI ) of ET day between pregnancy group and non pregnant group.Conclusions:1. There is an intimate connection close relation between endometrial pattern andthickness of HCG day measureed by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and IVF-ET outcome ;2. Endometrium flow measureed by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound may predictIVF-ET outcome;3. There is no intimate connection between uterine artery blood flow of ET days measureedby transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and IVF-ET outcome.
