| Objective: To explore the relationship and correlation between BNP,dynamic electrocardiogram heart rate variability(HRV)indexes and the severity of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients,and to make ROC curve of the correlated indexes,combined with the prediction of severe AMI.METHODS: A total of 109 patients with AMI admitted to The Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical Universityfrom from January 2018 to September 2020 were selected,and all of them underwent PCI.Syntax score was performed according to the degree and location of coronary artery lesions and other comprehensive indicators.According to the Chinese Guidelines for Percutaneous Coronary Intervention(2016),the patients were divided into 3 groups,with ≤22 points as mild,23-32 points as moderate,and ≥33 points as severe.Dynamic electrocardiogram Heart rate variability(Heart rate variability,HRV)indicators include: normal phase standard deviation between the RR(SDNN),every 5 min normal RR period between the standard deviation of the mean(SDNN INDEX,abbreviated as INDEX),continuous phase difference between 5 min RR root mean square(r-MSSD),near more than 50 milliseconds cycle(PNN50),the proportion of high frequency(HF),low frequency(LF),analysis of HRV in three groups of every INDEX for differences between patients with AMI.The difference of BNP between each group was analyzed.Results: BNP,SDNN,Index,HF,LF were significantly different among the three groups(P<0.05),while RMSSD and p NN50 were not significantly different among the three groups(P> 0.05).Correlation analysis was made between BNP,SDNN,Index,HF,LF and SYNTAX integral,and the results showed that BNP,SDNN,Index,LF and SYNTAX integral were correlated,but HF was not significantly correlated with SYNTAX integral.The ROC curve of BNP,SDNN,Index,LF and the four combined indexes was used to predict severe AMI,and the results showed that the combined ROC curve area(0.86)of the three indexes was significantly larger than the ROC curve area of each single INDEX.Conclusion: There are significant differences between BNP and dynamic ECG heart rate variability(HRV)in patients with mild,moderate and severe AMI,and BNP combined with dynamic ECG heart rate variability index is significantly better than each index alone in predicting severe AMI. |
