ObjectiveTo discuss the changes of VEC、ET、NO、NOS in type2diabetes mellitus withcoronary heart disease patients.Methods85patients of type2diabetes mellitus were selected. They were divided into twogroups, group A was diagnosed with coronary heart disease(Men22Women18), group Bwas diagnosed with type2diabetes only(Men28Women17).Control group (C) werehealthy people(Men41Women39).VEC、ET、NO、NOS were measured and analysed.ResultsThe differences of FBG、HbA1c、VEC、ET、NO、NOS were significant.VEC in groupA is significantly higher than group B and group C, group B is higher than that in group C(1.87±0.14VS1.77±0.11,P<0.05;1.77±0.11VS1.66±0.17,P<0.05).ET in group A issignificantly higher than group B and group C, group B is higher than that in group C(49.94±5.92VS46.44±1.59,P<0.05;46.44±1.59VS44.37±3.20,P<0.05).NO in group A issignificantly lower than group B and group C, group B is lower than that in group C(37.56±4.10VS45.13±13.20,P<0.05;45.13±13.20VS53.21±6.95,P<0.05).NOS in groupA is significantly lower than group B and group C, group B is lower than that in group C(13.97±3.71VS16.75±3.10,P<0.05,16.75±3.10VS21.8±8.18,P<0.05).HbAlC issignificantly positive correlated with VE-cadherin(r=0.962,P<0.05), VE-cadherin issignificantly positive correlated with ET(r=0.987,P<0.05). NO is positive correlated withNOS(r=0.952, P<0.05).Conclusions1.It showed that endothelial cell function might be the cause of coronary stenosis,VEC、ET、NO、NOS might be involved in pathophysiological process.2.It showed that and the level of VEC、ET、NO、NOS coule be participated in the process of vascular complications in type2diabetes,used to predicting and testing indexof vascular complications in type2diabetes.
