| ObjectiveTo discuss serum level of sICAM-1, VCAM-1, MCP–1, vWF and therelationship between their serum level and the degree of coronary arterystenoses in coronary heart disease with type2diabetes mellitus patients.MethodsSelect for92people of coronary angiography,62people diagnosed withcoronary heart disease, according to whether have diabetes or not, thepatients is divided into two groups:Type2diabetes mellitus with coronary arterydisease group, there are32people, coronary artery disease group, there are30people. Contrast group are the patients who can not be diagnosed coronaryangiography by coronary angiography, meanwhile, they are non-diabetes.There are30people. Three groups of patients were performed Gensini coronaryangiography check, and determined peripheral blood soluble intercellularadhesion molecule (sICAM-1), vascular endothelial cell adhesion molecule(VCAM-1), monocytes chemotactic protein (MCP-1), von Willebrand factor(vWF), three groups of patients were performed coronary angiography check, tomake clear their coronary stenosis degree. Analyse the correlation betweentheir serum level and degree of coronary artery stenosis.Results1. Three groups of patients in age, height, weight, lipid levels, history ofsmoking, are no significant difference (P>0.05).2. Coronary artery stenosis degree in type2diabetes mellitus with coronaryartery disease group is significantly higher than coronary artery disease group, narrow count primarily two and three, two is ninteen people, but three is thirteen. Narrow count in coronary artery disease group primarily one and two, one iseleven people, but two is ninteen. Coronary stenosis degree score averaged for30.75±12.67in Type2diabetes mellitus with coronary artery disease group, significantly higher than11.20±7.51in coronary artery disease group and2.40±1.23in contrast group (P<0.01).3. The mean of serum sICAM-1, VCAM-1, MCP-1, vWF level in type2diabetes mellitus with coronary artery disease group are significantly higherthan in coronary artery disease group and contrast group. Degrees of coronarystenosis are significances in statistics in the subgroups(P<0.01).4. There was positive correlation between the degree of coronary stenosisand serum sICAM-1, VCAM–1, MCP-1, vWF,the value of r are0.57ã€0.51ã€0.54ã€0.65(P<0.01) in type2diabetes mellitus with coronary arterydisease group. But not with coronary artery disease group (P>0.05).Conclusions1. Coronary heart disease with type2diabetes mellitus patients’ coronaryartery stenosis degree is significantly heavy, primarily2and3. In non-diabetespatients coronary artery stenosis degree is light, primarily1and2.2. Level of sICAM-1, VCAM-1, MCP-1, vWF in diabetes group areelevated in coronary heart disease with type2diabetes mellitus patients, whichis confirmed is positively correlated with coronary stenosis by correlationanalysis. Vascular endothelial dysfunction may be contributing to coronarystenosis. sICAM-1, VCAM-1, MCP-1, vWF might be involved in coronary arterystenosis pathophysiological process, who had diabetic patients with coronaryheart disease.3. It suggests that sICAM-1, VCAM-1, MCP-1, vWF may participate theoccurrence and development of vascular lesions in type2diabetes, can beacceptable as prediction and testing index of vascular complications in type2diabetes. |
