ObjectiveThis research has applied the randomized, controlled policy in clinic to give an objective assessment of curative effect of tonifying qi eliminating phlegm removing stasis method coordinate chemotherapy treated with the depression of the non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). In order to furnish evidences that the treat of tonifying qi eliminating phlegm removing stasis method coordinate chemotherapy treated with the depression of the NSCLC and further study.Methods70in-patients in clinic were divided randomly into two groups:35patients in oral Chinese herbs and chemotherapy group (experimental group),35patients in simple chemotherapy group (control group). Based on the HAMD depression scale grade.10-14days were a completed course. And the information was collected before and after the treatment and statistically analyzed.ResultsThere was significant difference comparing the before treatment with the after in two groups (P<0.01). And the experimental group is significant difference from the control group in the HAMD depression scale grade descend (P<0.01). The experimental group improve the factors of Cognitive disturbance and retardant evidently.ConclusionThe tonifying qi eliminating phlegm removing stasis method is more superiority than the simple chemotherapy for the treat of the depression of the NSCLC. It can furnish evidences of treated with the depression of the NSCLC and futher study.
