The Study Of Optimizing Relevant Factors For Irritable Bowel Syndrome Based On Content Analysis Methods

ObjectiveThe main purpose is to design overall, unified and prospective factors for irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) around pathogenetic condition.curative effect and knowledge of medicine and to prepare for the further researches in order to improve the efficacy of the study.The secondary purpose is to establish a series of application tools for content analysis on optimizing relevant factors for irritable bowel syndrome.Methods1. It’s Based on the knowledge of current study situation and progression of IBS from West medicine and TCM and around pathogenetic condition, curative effect and knowledge of medicine to finish the design of the content analysis schedule.2. To finish the literature research by the application of content analysis:(1) The problem is to be proposed;(2) Literature screening and sampling;(3) The analytic unit is identified.(4) The tools for content analysis are framed and the analysis categories are established.(5) Records are to be judged and the reliability is to be evaluated;(6)Data processing;(7) Relevant explanation and comparison, establishing the framework of relevant important factors.Results1. The framework of the "entire factors" could become the foundation of the further research on the purpose of the optimization.2. The tools for content analysis that have been finished could provide references for the studies of the same kind, especially for the studies of the complex diseases.Conclusion: Present review systems from all over the world show that the efficiency of TCM has not been recognized.It is because that relevant interventions of Chinese medicine are extensive, not being optimized. By the application of content analysis, we have finished the design of the "entire factors" for IBS and established the framework of relevant important factors, laying a foundation for the further researches on the purpose of the optimization.
