Effect Of Zishen Yutai Pill On Ovarian Reserve Function In Patients With Ovarian Function Influence

ObjectiveThis research through clinical research, for poor ovarian reserve function in patients with different treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, comparing the groups of patients before and after treatment with changes in hormone levels, as well as the improvement of clinical symptom, explore the cycle therapy of TCM can correct the ovarian reserve function in patients with reduced endocrine disorders, for the treatment of ovarian reserve function to provide a safe and effective treatment.MethodsThis study used between group control study, collected in2010November—2012April visit to the first hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine gynecologic outpatient met the inclusion criteria of40cases of ovarian reserve function in patients, by pairing method divides the Chinese medicine treatment group of20cases (Zishenyutai bolus group) and Western medicine treatment group in20cases (progynova+progesterone). After three months of treatment were observed in two groups before and after treatment, symptom scores, and menstrual cycle menstrual changes of second a3day test of basal follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2), inhibin (INH), anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH).Results1. Chinese medicine treatment for most patients with perimenopausal symptoms improved, some patients the symptoms disappeared. Such as Yaoxisuanruan, insomnia, lassitude, less lazy gas words and other symptoms disappeared. But the recovery law of the menstrual cycle is not satisfactory. Western medicine in the treatment of patients with most after resumption of regular menstruation cycle, but in the improvement of perimenopausal symptoms is slightly inferior to the Chinese medicine group. After treatment the total integral comparison between groups, the traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).2. Traditional Chinese medicine group after treatment, serum FSH LH level before treatment with difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), E2level before treatment with no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). The western medicine group after treatment, and the serum FSH level before treatment differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), LH, E2levels before and after treatment differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Two after treatment in treatment group compared to the hormone level differences are not statistically significant (P>0.05). Traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group after treatment of AMH and INHB level than before treatment rise, before and after treatment differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). In two groups after the treatment, AMH and INHB level difference was not statistical ly significant (P>0.05).3. Effect of Zishen Yutai pill in treatment of patients with4cases of recovery (with infertility patients of pregnancy), obvious in8cases, effective in6case, and2cases ineffective, the total effective rate was90%. Patients in the control group,2cases were cured,7cases were markedly effective,8cases,3cases ineffective, the total effective rate was85%. Statistical processing of P>0.05, the traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group differences were not statistically significant.4. Chinese medicine treatment without, any adverse reaction, and Western medicine group patients in medication during the3cases of patients with breast distending pain,2cases of patients with nausea, vomiting phenomenonConclusions1. Effect of Zishen Yutai pill can obviously improve the ovarian reserve function in patients with reduced menstrual period or menstruation, Yaoxisuanruan, insomnia, lassitude, less lazy gas words and other symptoms.2.Zishenyutai balus contribute ot infortility pa(?)ts with p(?).3.Effect of Zishen Yutai pill can cause elevation of ser(?)m (?) stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2) significantly decreased, which can reduce the anti-Mullcrian hormone (IMH) and (INHB levels of inhibin B).4.Zishenyutai bolus In improvement and restoration of ovarian function on the similar sex hormone, and without any side effects. The Zishenyutai bolus is the treatment of ovarian reserve function of an effective method.
