Objective:Investigating improvement of acne vulgaris patients in skin lesions, systemic symptoms and synthesized symptoms, Treatment effects of the Chinese medicine group Xiaocuo mixture were compared with western medicine group dimension amine resin, and the objective evaluation was obtained about clinical effects of Chinese medicine Xiaocuo mixture in the treatment for acne vulgaris.Methods:70patients with acne vulgaris and meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and every group has35patients. The treatment group was treated Xiaocuo mixture, each40ml, three times a day, the control group was treated with dimension amine capsules, each25mg, three times a day, Both groups externally use0.1%Adapalene Gel,once a day,and the treatment of two groups were carried out in4weeks. Observing integral change before and after treatment and observing the safety indicators and adverse reactions at the same time, the clinical effects of the two groups were determined.Results:The treatments of the two groups for acne vulgaris all can improve acne patients in skin lesions, systemic symptoms and synthesized symptoms, they are safe and reliable and have few adverse reactions. In addition, treatment effects of the Chinese medicine group Xiaocuo mixture comparing with western medicine group dimension amine resin, are more significant and with fewer side effects.Conclusion:The Chinese medicine Xiaocuo mixture has significant effect, security, and few adverse reactions in the treatment of lung and stomach Yun heat type of acne vulgaris. It is worthy of clinical application and popularized, but the mechanism needs further study.
