Clinical Observation Of Yinchen Xiaocuo Decoction Combined With Minocycline Hydrochloride In The Treatment Of Acne

Objective:Through the clinical observation of Yinchen Xiaocuo Decoction combined with Minocycline Hydrochloride Capsule in the treatment of intestinal and gastric damp-heat acne,the symptoms scores of patients before and after treatment were evaluated,and the clinical efficacy of combined medication on intestinal and gastric damp-heat acne was objectively evaluated.Methods:In this study,90 patients with acne who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases each.Taking the traditional Chinese medicine decoction Yinchen Xiaoyu Decoction combined with minocycline hydrochloride capsule(50mg,manufacturer: Wyeth Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,national medicine quasi-word H10960011)as the observation group,the conventional western medicine minocycline hydrochloride capsule as the control group,two The course of treatment was 8 weeks.TCM syndrome scores and skin lesion scores were taken before treatment,after 4 weeks of treatment,and after 8 weeks of treatment,and the efficacy was evaluated after the treatment.Results:1.After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and skin lesions in each group were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.05).2.After 8 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndromes of the two groups were significantly improved.The efficacy evaluation showed that the effective rate of the observation group was 84.44%,and the effective rate of the control group was 62.22%,with significant difference(P<0.05).3.After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.According to the improvement of skin lesion score,the effective rate of the treatment group was 91.11%,and that of the control group was77.77%.There was a significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The efficacy of Yinchen Xiaocuo Decoction combined with Minocycline Hydrochloride Capsule in the treatment of intestinal-stomach damp-heat acne is better than that of Minocycline Hydrochloride Capsule.2.The self-made Yinchen Xiaocuo Decoction combined with Minocycline Hydrochloride Capsule in the treatment of intestinal-stomach damp-heat acne is safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical application.
