Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of advance balance analgesia in Thread-Drawing therapy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of pain.Methods:30cases of patients in need of Thread-Drawing therapy of Anus-bowel operation are randomly divided into2groups:the advance balance analgesia group (experimental group,n=15) and the Long-term analgesia (control group,n=15). The experimental group is given tramadol hydrochloride tablets and caudal anesthesia by Ropivacaine injection before Thread-Drawing therapy. Then they are given compound injection of methylene blue in the parts of Thread-Drawing. The control group is generally given compound injection of methylene blue.Observe the pain and complications at time3,6,12,24and48t hours after surgery. Results:The experimental group and control group have significant statistical differences in pain intensity at time3,6and12hours after Thread-Drawing therapy(P<0.05).The mean vas scores of experimental group is lower compared to the Control group. There is no statistical difference in pain intensity at time24and48hours after Thread-Drawing therapy (P>0.05).There is no statistical difference in the incidence of uroschesis after Thread-Drawing therapy.(P>0.05).There are no obvious adverse reaction. There is no statistical difference in the aspects of wound healing and the function of anus.(P>0.05).Conclusion:The experimental group has exact and better analgesic effect than the control group after Thread-Drawing therapy, especially Within12hours after Thread-Drawing therapy. The experimental group has no obvious adverse reaction.
