| ObjectiveTo observe the postoperative analgesic effect of single-dose ibuprofen injection preemptive analgesia on patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.MethodsFrom December 2020 to December 2021,60 patients who underwent modified radical resection of breast cancer in the Second Hospital of Jilin University were randomly divided into control group(group C)and preemptive analgesia group(group P),with 30 patients in each group. All patients received general intravenous anesthesia.Thirty minutes before induction of anesthesia,200ml0.9%Na Cl solution+800mg ibuprofen were injected in group P and the same amount of 0.9%Na Cl were injected in group C.Conventional anesthesia was performed with the same induction drugs, and the anesthesia was maintained as propofol and remifentanil. All patients were given antagonists when they resumed spontaneous breathing. All patients used postoperative analgesia pump(PICA),and the postoperative rescue analgesia was compression analgesia pump.Record the following data:general conditions in both groups, operation time, anesthesia time and time of awakening and extubation;the heart rate, mean arterial pressure, blood oxygen saturation and EEG double-frequency index of the two groups of patients at the time of entering the room(T0),15minutes after entering the room(T1),30minutes after entering the room(T2),after induction(T3),after intubation(T4),and at the beginning of the operation(T5);VAS score and BCS score at 1h(T6),4h(T7),8h(T8),12h(T9),24h(T10)after surgery, the number of PCIA compressions and the amount of sufentanil used within 24h after surgery;analgesic pump-related adverse events occurred.Results1.There was no significant difference in general condition, operation time and anesthesia time between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Compared with group C,there was no significant difference in MAP,HR,Sp O2,and BIS in group P at T0,T1,T2,T3,T4,and T5(P>0.05).3.Compared with group C,the VAS score of group P was lower at T6,T7,T8,and T9(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups at T10(P>0.05).4.Compared with group C,group P had higher BCS scores at points T6,T7 and T8(P<0.05),while the difference in BCS scores between both groups at time T9 and T10 was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.The number of PCIA compressions and sufentanil use in group P were significantly lower than that of group C,which was significant(P<0.05).6.Between group P and group C,there was no significant difference in the recovery time and extubation time after the end of anesthesia(P>0.05).7.Among the occurrence of adverse reaction events,3 cases were observed in group P and 11 in group C,a statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionPreemptive analgesia of ibuprofen injection can be safely applied in the perioperative period of breast cancer, and can reduce postoperative pain and the use of opioids, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, improve the overall comfort of patients’postoperative rehabilitation, and is more beneficial to the recovery of patients. |
