The Clinical Research Of Yiqi Zishen Qingli Method In Treating The Patients Of Deficiency Of Qi And Yin And Damp Evil Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Yiqi Zishen Qingli method in treating the patients of deficiency of Qi and Yin and damp evil syndrome.Method:41patients with chronic renal failure are divided into two groups at random:the treatment group(21cases) and the control group(20cases).The control group are treated with western routine basic therapy;the treatment group are treated Yiqi Zishen Qingli method plus western routine basic therapy.14days are regarded as one course of treatment,and both two groups are treated for two courses.Urea nitrogen(UA)、creatinine(Scr)、uric acid(UA)、red blood cell(RBC)、hemoglobin (Hb)、potassium(K)、CO2CP and symptom scores before and after treatment are observed respectively.Results:(1)Compared the effects and symptom scores,the both groups are significant (P<0.05),and the treatment group are better than control group.(2)The effects of treatment group are better than control group on account of their decreasing Scr(P<0.05).(3)RBC and HB both have no significant change in both two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05).(4) K and CO2CP have no significant change in treatment group before and after treatment (P>0.05)Conclusions:The Yiqi Zishen Qingli method used to treat chronic renal failure can improve the clinical symptoms,with decrease of Scr level,and improve renal function at a certain extent,no significant side-dffect and clinical application of security.
