The Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Zishen Qingli Recipe In Treatment Recurrenturinary Tract Infections

Objective: The effect of Yiqi Zishen Qingli Method for the clinical symptoms, the main symptoms,α1-microglobulin(α1-MG),(β2-microglobulinβ2-MG),N-acetyl-β-glucosaminida se(NAG), Red blood cell in urine, White blood cell of Infection is analyszed in this paper. Which improves that the efficacy of Yiqi Zishen Qingli Method on Recurrenturinary Tract Infections and provides a data basis and a Clinical guidance.Method: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,We chosed Recurrenturinary Tract Infections patients 60 cases.The control group was divided into 30 cases and 30 casas of treatment group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine trerapy,Treatment group on the basis of conventional western method to treated with Yiqi Zishen Qingli Method.Then we observed for 12 weeks, followed up for 8 weeks with these patients.Collecting and analyzing before treatment and after teratment amaintenance phase of the clinical symptoms、the main symptoms,the laboratory detection of Nephropathy series and Red blood cell White blood cellof Infection in urine.Use SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical comparison and analysis of data results in order to observe Yiqi Zishen Qingli Recipe on the improvement of clinical symptoms in patients and the Changes in biochemical indices.Results: By contrast, the two groups after the treatment period, a period of consolidation, maintenance phase compared with before treatment,The clinical symptom score,Nephropathy series and urine of α1-MG,β2-MG, Red blood cell in urine,White blood cell in urine indicators are all declining,with a significant(P <0.05),After the treatment period,The two groups of the clinical symptoms scores compared with treatment meaningful(P <0.05),The treatment group compared with the control group no significant difference(P> 0.05),when the 8 weeks of follow-up,between the treatment group and control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The study confirmed the conventional western joint Yiqi Zishen Qingli Recipe the treatment of Recurrenturinary Tract Infections effective than the use ofconventional Western medicine treatment of the disease.Conclusion: Yiqi Zishen Qingli Method can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Recurrenturinary Tract Infections, And may signfificantlyreduce the Nephropathy series and urine of α1-MG, β2-MG, Specific gravity of urine, Red blood cell in urine,White blood cell in urine indicators, maybe it will delay the progress ofRecurrenturinary Tract Infections.
