Objective:To explore the effect of fat auotograft muscle injection and structural fat graftingon facial rejuvenationMethods:The fat can be derived by lipsuction,then be centrifuged and refined.Finallythey should be injected to the facial sunken area，so that the face can regain youth andplump contour.About the injection skill,we often use structural fat grafing and fatautograft muscle injection technique.The two techniques can be combined so that thesuperficial and deep layer fill can be filled at the same time and there is goodtransition between the neighbouring area.The patients should be taken photoes beforeoperation and after operation.And they should be paid a visit whenever necessary.ResultsOut of the all43cases,one required another operation once more to supplementinjection.The others are all satisfied.All the patients haven’t suffered from thecomplications such as infection,liquefaction, enclosed mass,sclerosis,fat embolismand so on.ConclusionFacial rejuvenation could be recontoured with fat autologous muscular injectionand structural fat grafting.
