The Problems Of Public Hospic Hospitals Of Ideological And Political Work And Countermeasures In Gongjing District

For more than three decades, China’s medical and health services have been considerable development. The level of medical treatment is being gradually narrowed the gap with the developed countries. The quality and technology of medical workers is also rising.In2009,in order to effectively reduce the medical cost burden, alleviate "difficult and expensive medical treatment" and provide people safe, effective, convenient, cheap medical and health services, China began a new round of medical and health system reform With the reform deepening, conflict of interests relatively increasing and focuses to highlight a variety of ideological contradictions led to the ideas, ways of thinking, value orientation of health workers to be changing profoundly. As the main body of the health care system, public hospitals in the face of the new problems under the new situation must further enhance the effectiveness of the hospital ideological and political work, improve the political quality and professional ethics of the medical staff of the ideological level and strengthen the entire health care team’s combating effectiveness and cohesion, which is the central link and key in the current ideological and political work of the public hospitals.The study is focusing on the health care system of Gongjing district, Zigong City, exploring strategies to carry out the ideological and political work of public hospitals in the new situation. Through the survey to health system of ideological and political work,the questionnaire survey and interviews to the person in charge of the management of the health care system (Health System Office and health units), primary care practitioners, health systems serve personnel in Gongjing district of Zigong City, Sichuan Province, from the status quo of the ideological and political work to proceed, we carefully analyse the problems of the ideological and political work of health system in Gongjing district. from the traditional Chinese cultural influence, social value system changes, the subjective consciousness ignoring, team building getting behind, the low level of human resource management and imperfect legal supervision system, we analyse the reasons of causing problems and put forward the working concept, working methods, working mechanism to innovate and develop the working ideas of current ideological and political work of public hospitals in Gongjing district. It combines the ideological and political work and health care reform with the industry ethos construction, civilization construction and operations to build working carrier. Through strengthening the team building, improving the rules and regulations, setting an example, summarizing experience and holding laws, it strengthens the ideological and political work of the health care system. I strive to explore the healthy, sustainable and harmonious ways and countermeasures of ideological and political work of current health care system and to enrich and improve the health system of ideological and political work of research to provide new ideas and new methods.
