Objective Observe the Chinese medicine "placenta" effect and mechanism on endometrial receptivity, and provide effective methods for treating infertility.Methods We divided the60cases in meet standards of childbearing age women into4groups of randomization,15cases each, respectively:Clomiphene group (group CC), patients oral clomiphene50mg at the menstrual cycle fifth days, a total of five days, Clomiphene+placenta group (CC+placenta group), patients oral clomiphene50mg at the menstrual cycle fifth days, a total of five days, and at the same time oral placenta powder3g two times a day from menstrual cycle fifth days to10days after ovulation. Placenta group, patients oral placenta powder3g two times a day from menstrual cycle fifth days to10days after ovulation. Natural cycle group, patients were not taking any medication. Four groups of cases by B ultrasound monitoring of ovulation, in7to8days after ovulation, with endometrial cell sampler sampling small endometrial tissue for immunohistochemical determination of ER, PR, VEGFR protein content and scanning electron microscopic observation of pinopode expression.Results1. CC+placenta group, placenta group, Natural cycle group, respectively, compared with CC group, ER, PR, VEGFR protein expression were statistically significant difference (P<0.05), and the front three groups of immunohistochemical markers expression were significantly higher than the CC group.2. Four groups of patients’endometrial pinopode emergence rate difference were not significant, but the morphology of pinopode under the scanning electron microscope has difference. Natural cycle group, Placenta group under the electron microscope can see pinopodes mostly were fully developed state.CC group’s pinopodes varied forms and less, mainly in the development, and most were covered with microvilli. CC+placenta group, the pinopode’s morphology between the normal control group and CC group, were fully developed, but the pinopodes and microvilli of the ratio are quite.Conclusion Clomiphene will reduce endometrial receptivity, but placenta can improve it. The mechanism is placenta may improve the expression of endometrium estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, these two receptors can regulate endometrial vascular endothelial growth factor, the factor’s higher expression can make the endometrial vascular growth activity increase, thereby improving the uterus endometrial microenvironment, ultimately achieve the purpose of improving uterine receptivity.
