The Effect Of Bushen And Huayu Recipe On Pinopode And ER、PR On Endometrium Of PCO Mice

Object:To explore the influence of bushen and huayu recipe on Pinopode and ER、PR on Endometrium of PCO Mice,by the means of construct PCO rat model.Methods:100 female SD rats were randomly devided into two groups.30 SD rats were in blank control group which were received continuous subcutaneous injection of soybean oil,70SD rats were in model group which were received continuous subcutaneous injection of DHEA(dehydroepiandrostexone,DHEA),the dose is 2ml/kg.End of the building,each group randomly take 10 model evaluation,decision made after the success of the mould preparation group were randomly divided into model group,Diane-35 group and Bushen and huayu recipe group.Distilled water,Diane-35 and Bushen and huayu recipe with the dose 10ml/(kg d)were chronically administered to rats for 21 days,stopped for 7 days for a cycle.After discontinuation of 3 cycles of male and female rat cage according to 1:1.The local endometrium expression of Pinopode and ERN PR were separate measured with electron microscopy and immunohistom-chemical.Results:① PCO rat model assessment:The regular estrous cycle changes and under the light microscope,the model group the formation of polycystic ovary-like changes;E2 levels are lower than the normal group(P<0.05),T levels of model group are significantly higher than the normal group(P<0.01).②Pinocytosis of expression:Compared with the blank group,the express of pinopode of the model group,the Diane-35 group,Bushen and huayu recipe group were much less,poor development;Compared with model group,the Diane-35 group,Bushen and huayu recipe group were developed better and more.③ER、PR of expression:Compared with the blank group,the ER、PR of the model group,the Diane-35 group,Bushen and huayu recipe group were particularly higher(P<0.01);Compared with model group,the Diane-35 and Bushen and huayu recipe group’s ER,PR were especially decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:① Application of the prepared DHEA PCO rat model of PCOS is an ideal model,the reliability is strong.② The Bushen and huayu recipe can improve the expression of pinopode and ER、PR on endometrium of PCO rat.This may be one of the mechanism of improving the receptivity of endometrium.
