| Objectives:sappan ethyl acetate extract in-depth study of heart transplant serum IFN-γ, which explore the immune mechanism of action of the hematoxylin.Methods:we are adopting a modified technique of Ono-style establishment of heterotopic heart transplantation rat model. The animals were randomly divided into4groups of8rats.namely,Model blank control group, the cyclosporine A group, the the hematoxylin ethyl acetate extract group full amount of the hematoxylin ethyl acetate extract pluscyclosporine A half dose group. Model control group according to body weight and capacity of olive oil gavage; Cyclosporin A dissolved in olive oil by intragastric administration of35mg/(kg.d); hematoxylin ethyl acetate extract group by the the hematoxylin ethyl acetate extract’s solution736mg (kg.d) gavage; hematoxylinplus half the amount of the ethyl acetate extract of cyclosporin A solution of the the hematoxylin ethyl acetate extract736mg/(kg.d) plus CsA17.5mg/(kg.d) gavage.We apply to enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect serumIFN-γ contect.Conventional methods observed transplantation myocardial pathological changes.Results:1ã€cyclosporin A,hematoxylin group,the full amount of hematoxylin and half the amount of the cyclosporine A group of IFN-r concentrations were significantly decreased; And the hematoxylin groups lower concentration than cyclosporine A; cyclosporin A concentration lower than the full amount of hematoxylin and half dose of cyclosporine A group.2ã€hematoxylin group,cyclosporine A group, the full amount of hematoxulin and half the amount of cyclosporine A group can reduce the injury of the transplanted cardiac pathology; And the full amount of hematoxylin and half the amount of cyclosporine A group effect is weak; the hematoxylin ethyl acetate group is of the most significant effect.Conclusion: 1ã€we believe that the hematoxylin ethl acetate extract of the immunosuppressive effects,can significantly reduce the peripheral serum of IFN-r content,this may be one of the mechanisms of hematoxylin go immune function.2ã€we believe that the hematoxylin ethyl acetate extract can reduce transplant cardiac pathological damage,and has a protective effect on transplanted myocardium. |
