Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Primary Dymenorrhea Of Congealing Cold And Blood Stasis With Foot Bath Method Combined With The Oral Shaofu Zhuyu Granule

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the foot bath method with the oral Shaofu Zuyu Granule on primary dysmenorrheal of the type of blood stasis due to cold,and to discuss its mechanism.Methods:This research from2010January to2011June in Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine Affiliated Second Hospital gynecological outpatients diagnosed with cold coagulation and blood stasis in patients with primary dysmenorrheal in108cases and36cases of healthy people,Divided them into A,B and C three group stochastically,each group of36examples.The healthy people is36cases in normal group.A group of patients is treated by the foot bath method with the oral Shaofu Zhuyu Granule, Seven days before menstruation began Chinese medicine foot bath treatment.A dose of Chinese Medicine is given one times a day.At the same time,with the oral Shaofu Zhuyu Granule,one packet of three times a day.Total used in conjunction ten days.Treatment of three consecutive menstrual cycle for a course of treatment. B group of patients use the method of treatment which the A group of acupuncture point on traditional Chinese medicine foot bath.C group of patients use the treatment methoud which A group take the oral Shaofu Zhuyu Granule. After a course of treatment.Observe the three groups of patients degree of pain,traditional Chinese medicine symptom improvement and blood rheological changes. And follow up of patients with three menstrual cycles to observe the relapse rate.Results:1.to treat three group of patients with dysmenorrhea effect.the total efficiency respectively are94.4%,85.3%.82.9%,no significant difference (P>0.05);A group and theB.C two groups of cure rate respectively are72.2%,44.1%,45.7%,A group and the B. C two groups of comparisons have the significant differences (P<0.05);B group and C group of comparisons have the non-significant differences (P>0.05).2.Three groups of patients with symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine of the efficacy total efficiency respectively are91.7%,79.4%,77.1%: cure rate respectively are55.0%,29.4%.22.9%.A group and the B. C two groups of comparisons have the significant differences(P<0.05);B group and C group of comparisons have the non-significant differences (P>0.05).3.After three groups of patients treatment, Traditional Chinese medicine symptoms are improved significantly compared with before treatment, before and after treatment showed significant difference in comparison (P<0.01);And points after treatment in A group was significantly lower than the B.C two groups,with the significant difference(P<0.05). B group and C group of comparisons have the non-significant differences (P>0.05).4. In three groups of patients with whole blood high-shear viscosity, low-shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and fibrinogen values compared with before treatment are significantly reduced,with the significant difference(P<0.01); And A group after treatment compared with normal group,have non-significant difference (P>0.05);the B.C two groups compared with normal group have significant differences(P<0.05); A group and B. C two group in comparison, with significant difference(P<0.05); B group and C group of comparisons have the non-significant differences (P>0.05). Description of A group in improving the index of blood rheology, lower blood viscosity is obviously superior to the B, C two groups.And B, C between the two groups have the non-significant differences.5. Comparison of three groups of patients with long-term efficacy. The recurrence rate of patients in A group is significantly reduced, with significant differences (P<0.05);B group and C group of comparisons have the non-significant differences (P>0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine foot bath method combined with the oral Shaofu Zhuyu Granule in the treatment of syndrome of cold coagulation and blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrhea have notable curative effect. In the improvement of symptoms, blood rheology, and other aspects has obvious advantages, This method of treatment can also reduce the recurrence rate and improve the clinical cure rate.
