| Purpose:The main purpose of this subject is observation the effect of jiaweijianling decoction for blood pressure and angiotesin II levels in the patients with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity in the agedeness essential hypertension disease,and further discuss the function and drug mechanism of action of jiaweijianlingdecoctionMethods:this study selected62cases of senile hypertension of hyperactivity of Yang due to Yin deficiency type patients, we andomly divide in two group,which32cases as treatment group randomly divided into32cases, control group of30cases. two groups were given oral worship, aspirin, Lipitor, static basis of shuxuening in treatment. Treatment group with jiaweijianling decoction in treating. Lotensin treatment control (group) with lotensin for4weeks as s course. observation on treatment of blood pressure after the two groups and the changes of angiotensin Ⅱ level.Results:1. Blood pressure:compared the result (data) of before and after treatment for T group, lower systolic blood pressure, diastolic pressure, narrow pulse pressure (p<0.05)were with a statistically significant. Compared with T group and C group after the treatment, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure were reduced (p>0.05) were not with statistically significant. Comparison of pulse pressure, pulse pressure reducing (p<0.05), were with a statistically significant.2. Angiotensin II:Compared to the treatment group before and after treatment, the vascular angiotensin Ⅱ level was, obviously lower (p<0.05), which was a statistically significant. Compared with T group and C group after the treatment, Compared to the T group and C group angiotensin Ⅱ leve reduced (p>0.05),which were not with statistically significant.3. Traditional Chinese medicine symptom score:The treatment group before and after treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine symptom score (p<0.05), with a statistically significant. After treatment, the treatment group compared with the control group of Traditional Chinese medicine symptom score (p<0.05),with a statistically significant. The treatment group is superior to than the control group.Conclusion:1. jiaweijianling decotion can reduce the systolic and diastolic pressure of senile hypertension of hyperactivity of Yang due to Yin deficiency type patients and narrow their pulse compression2. jiaweijianling decotion can reduce the angiotensin Ⅱ levels of senile hyperactivity of Yang due to Yin deficiency type of in patients3. jiaweijianling decotion of senile hypertension canbe significantly improved hyperactivity of Yang due to Yin deficiency type in patients with dizziness,headaches,and other major symptoms. |
