Shenxiong Glucose Injection In The Treatment Of Unstable Angina With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the effect of Shenxiong Glucose Injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris, traditional Chinese medicine is a chest pain patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis clinical efficacy and safety, and its effects on C-reactive protein (CRP) effect, explore its clinical effect and mechanism of.Methods:61cases with unstable angina pectoris, TCM syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (n=30) and control group was treated with routine western medicine therapy given, without any medicine, including proprietary Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine injection. The treatment group (n=31) in the control group to be based on200ml Shenxiong glucose injection, intravenous infusion ofl times a day, for a period of2weeks. According to before and after treatment for relief of anginal, nitroglycerin withdrawal rate, main symptom, the changes of electrocardiogram and CRP and have no adverse reaction to evaluate the curative effect.Results:before treatment, the treatment group and the control group between general data analysis showed no statistical significance (P>0.05). After the treatment of angina pectoris curative effect, the total effective rate in treatment group87.1%, contrast group for70%, two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Comparison of effect of TCM treatment group, the total efficiency of93.5%for the control group, the total efficiency of73.3%, two groups had statistical significance (P<0.01). In the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of points between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01), various symptoms of TCM product of two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05or P<0.01). Electrocardiographic comparison of curative effect of treatment group, the total efficiency of51.6%for the control group, the total efficiency of56.7%, two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Nitroglycerin stopped by comparison, the total effective rate in treatment group and83.9%in control group, the total efficiency of60%, two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). CRP between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Shenxiong glucose injection and routine western medicine synergistic treatment of unstable angina pectoris (Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) patients can enhance the curative effect, significantly improve patients with anginal symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, reduce the consumption of nitroglycerin. The electrocardiogram improvement between the two groups had no significant difference.2.Of Shenxiong Glucose Injection with routine western medicine more significantly decrease (unstable angina with Qi deficiency and blood stasis in patients with serum CRP levels) association, suggesting that the party has anti-inflammatory effect, stable plaque.
