The Literature Search And Clinical Observation Of Treament And Formula Regularity For The Mothod Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Recurrent Spontaneous Abprtion

Objective:1.Documentary Research:By collecting the litera-tures which related to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion disease in last10years, analyzing the syndrome differentiation of TCM,therapeutic method and Medication,integrating with the typical cases of our hospital,finding the law of them,provided basis for optimizing the TCM treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion disease.2.Clinical observation:To observe the clinical effects and the mechanism of Zhuyunning No.3Decoction on the recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods:1.Collecting the clinical research literatures related to recurrent spontaneous abortion disease in Chinese biomedical journals from January1998to December2011,and accompanying with EXCEL program for the statistics analysis of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, therapeutic method and using of medication.2.60pationts were divided into two groups randomly:the trentment group and the control group.Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after trentment. Meanwhile the level of ACA of the blood plasma was measured.Results:The122TCM clinical researeh literatures related to recurrent spontaneous abortion include7315cases in total.Common syndromes are:①The spleen and kidney deficiency type with a proportion of the39.96%;②The kidney deficiency type accounts for25.86%;③The qi and blood deficiency type accounts for15.53%;④The kidney deficiency and the stasis in blood type accounts for9.82%;⑤The kidney deficiency and the heat in blood type accounts for2.62%;⑥Other types accounts6.21%. Common treatments are:①Invigorating the kidney and spleen,consolidate chongmai and tocolysis;②Tonifying kidney and holding Qi, consolidate chongmai and tocolysis;③Nourishing qi and blood, consolidate chongmai and tocolysis;④Tonifying kidney and moving blood, consolidate chongmai and tocolysis;⑤Nourishing kidney and yin and removing pathogenic heat from blood, consolidate tocolysis The12herbal medicine,which occured most frequently in every syndrome:①The spleen and kidney deficiency type:Atractylodes, dodder seed, Eucommia, Dipsacus, Loranthaceae, Codonopsis, amomum villosum, Astragalus, donkey-hide gelatin, Rehmannia, Chinese yam, skullcap;②The kidney deficiency type:Dodder seed, Atractylodes, Eucommia, Dipsacus, Rehmannia, Astragalus, amomum villosum, Loranthaceae, donkey-hide gelatin, white peony root, skullcap, Angelica,;③The qi and blood deficiency type:Codonopsis, white peony root, Atractylodes, Dipsacus, Eucommia, Loranthaceae, licorice root, skullcap, dodder seed, Codonopsis, Astragalus, donkey-hide raw land;④The kidney deficiency and the stasis in blood type:Angelica,salvia miltiorrhiza, Atractylodes, dodder seed, Loranthaceae, Chuan Xiong, Dipsacus, Rehmannia, Eucommia, red peony root, white peony root, Codonopsis;⑤The kidney deficiency and the heat in blood type:white peony root, Dipsacus, dodder seed, rhizoma anemarrhenae, skullcap, Rehmannia, dogwood, Cork,caulis bambusae in taenian, yerbadetajo, Loranthaceae, Eucommia.2.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were86.67%and83.333%.There was not significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P>0.05).Though there was no difference between the treatment group and the control group,the date of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.After the treatment,the level of ACA of treatment groups significantly decreased.Conclusion:1.Common syndromes are:①The spleen and kidney deficiency type;②The kidney deficiency type;③The qi and blood deficiency type;④The kidney deficiency and the stasis in blood deficiency type;④The kidney deficiency and the stasis in blood type;⑤The kidney deficiency and the heat in blood type.
