Objective: Obstruction tube Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy ofcolorectal cancer preoperative preparation of intestinal obstruction the catheter in theclinical application of effects to evaluate and provide the basis for the clinical treatmentchoice. Methods:: In this paper strictly in accordance with the case inclusion criteria andexclusion criteria, collected40cases of obstructive colorectal cancer cases in ShandongQianfoshan Hospital over the past five years were low. All patients underwent routinepreoperative preparation and intestinal obstruction catheter treatment observed in patientswith operative time, postoperative anastomotic leakage rate, postoperative wound infection,intestinal obstruction the clinical efficacy of catheter for evaluation of applications.Results: The mean operative time of patients (3.58±0.36), postoperative incision infectionrate (6.7%), a resection and anastomosis (100%), anastomotic leakage rate (0). Conclusion:The preoperative application of intestinal obstruction in the catheter can shorten theoperation time to reduce the incidence of postoperative wound infection in patients withthe help of a better recovery from the surgical trauma, is worthy of clinical application.
